Why we're building this
We spent months proving we were secure.
Our first startup sells to enterprise clients. Before they'd sign, we had to prove compliance and security. We did most of that work by hand: gathering evidence, chasing screenshots, maintaining spreadsheets. It took months, and it pulled us away from building the product.
The tools promised automation. The work still landed on us.

Is it safe to run against production?
Yes. Pactane only tests the targets you approve, only inside the time window you set, and never runs destructive tests: no denial of service, no destructive exploits, no changes to your data. You can stop testing instantly at any time.
How is this different from a scanner?
A scanner lists things that might be wrong. Pactane's AI chains steps the way an attacker would, confirms each finding before reporting it, and retests your fix, so what you see is real and what you close stays closed.
How are critical findings handled?
Pactane alerts you as soon as it confirms a critical finding, so you can start fixing it right away instead of waiting for the final report. Once you ship a fix, Pactane retests it.
Does Pactane include the audit?
No. Your SOC 2 report comes from an independent CPA firm and ISO 27001 certification from an accredited body. Pactane gets you ready and hands your auditor organized, mapped evidence.
Who writes the policies?
Pactane's AI drafts them from your answers to one questionnaire. You edit and approve. Every version is kept, and approved policies are e-signed.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet; early access teams will hear first. Pactane is built to cost a fraction of what incumbents charge.
What happens to our data?
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your data is deleted within 30 days after you cancel.
